Hannah Kaminski Coaching

I created a website for Hannah Kaminski that showcases her olympic weightlifting and nutrition coaching programs in order to bring in more clientele and expand her audience reach.

This problem was worth solving because of how deeply impacted the fitness world was by COVID-19. Hannah needed a way to expand her business while working with ongoing industry shutdowns and limited access to in person coaching.

Through research I developed a user persona that would guide the development of Hannah’s programs and website.

The website will let users sign up for coaching, learn about services, and Hannah's skillset which will affect Megan, a busy and young professional by providing her support and education on nutrition and weightlifting . We will measure effectiveness by the client's results and ability to sustain new nutrition habits.

Building Processes & Packages

By leveraging user research, and Hannah’s current knowledge, we built tiered packages geared towards the user persona’s pain points and goals.

The high fidelity prototypes were used to develop the live website in Webflow. The designs were tested and reviewed for usability with a small sample group.

Outcomes & Lessons Learned

The goal of this project was to help Hannah launch a website so she could easily onboard clients, and grow her business by reaching a larger audience.

During this project we encountered changing circumstances due to the pandemic. Though this is an isolated and unavoidable circumstance, I learned a lot about adapting communication for virtual projects and ensuring clarity.

I also learned about ensuring clients have clear and well-defined processes, with knowledge of the tools they need, prior to launching a website. In addition to the design and development of this project, I helped Hannah create packages for her clients and set up her process that allow her clients to contact and sign up for programming. Since Hannah was not familiar with third party integrations (Stripe), it took additional time to set up and complete the site.
